Tires N Rims sells tires online for shipment to customers.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, system, or supplier error, we reserve the right to cancel the order, even if payment has already been processed. If payment has been charged, a refund will be issued.

All orders are subject to product availability.

Tires N Rims ships products to customer-provided addresses.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipping information
• Ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries where required
   

Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Tires N Rims is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier.

Returns may be accepted in accordance with our Return Policy (if applicable). Tires must be unused and in original condition unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless required by law.

If you create an account on our Website:

You are responsible for ensuring that purchased tires are suitable for your vehicle. Tires N Rims does not provide installation services and does not assume responsibility for installation, mounting, balancing, or fitment performed by third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tires N Rims shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business interruption
• Damages resulting from Website use
• Shipping delays beyond our control
   

Our total liability relating to any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content (“User Content”):
