• Tires are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or other external factors are beyond our control.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is provided to the shipping carrier.
   

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Tires N Rims is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

If your order arrives damaged:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the packaging and product
• Retain original packaging

Failure to notify within 48 hours may affect claim eligibility.

Customers are solely responsible for verifying:

• Load index 
• Speed rating
• Rim compatibility
• Vehicle compatibility
• Manufacturer recommendations
   

Before placing an order, you must confirm that the tire size selected is correct for your vehicle.

If you order the wrong size or incompatible product, Tires N Rims is not responsible.

All costs associated with incorrect size selection — including return shipping and restocking fees — are the customer’s responsibility.
