Returns & Refunds

Tires N Rims sells tires online and ships directly to customers. Please review the following return conditions carefully before placing an order.

Certain tire models may be discontinued or limited in supplier inventory.

• Tires N Rims does not control supplier inventory levels.
• If a discontinued or limited-availability tire becomes unavailable before fulfillment, we reserve the right to cancel the order. 
• In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
   

We are not responsible for supplier inventory depletion beyond our control.

All returns must meet the following conditions:

• Return request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery
• Return must be pre-approved in writing by Tires N Rims
• Product must be a current inventory item
• Tires must be unused
• Tires must not have been mounted
• Tires must not have been driven on (not roaded)
• Tires must be returned in original condition
   

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

• Discontinued products
• Mounted tires
• Used or roaded tires
• Damaged tires due to installation
• Special order items
• All non-stocking items
   

ALL NON-STOCKING SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

All approved returns are subject to restocking charges.

Restocking fees may vary depending on supplier policies and product type. The applicable restocking fee will be confirmed at the time of return authorization.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

• Out-of-town returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense.
• Customers are responsible for safe and secure return shipping.
• We recommend using tracked and insured shipping services.
  

Tires N Rims is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

If a return is approved and received in acceptable condition:

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
• Processing times depend on your payment provider
• Refunds may be adjusted to reflect applicable restocking fees
   

If cancellation is requested before shipment:

• Approval is required
• Administrative or supplier restocking fees may apply
   

Once an order has shipped, it is subject to this Returns & Refunds Policy.
